Our 2,000 square foot facility in Brick, NJ, has a comfortable, non-intimidating atmosphere.
We have all the state-of-the-art equipment you would need to achieve your fitness goals:

- Free weights, resistance bands
- Vibration board
All personal training appointments are one-on-one and scheduled in advance, so there is never more than 3 people working out at one time. One of the most beneficial aspects of working with a certified trainer in a one-on-one setting is to prevent injuries. Our Group Classes
We are now offering yoga and pilates small group classes taught by an experienced, certified instrutor. They are conducted in our large back room and a reservation is required.
